Dear Mr. Martin:
The referenced letter provided Philadelphia Electric
Company's response to your letter dated January 26, 1988 which
transmitted the subject inspection report.
All pages of that
response letter contained Safeguards Information and were
marked accordingly.
On March 3,
1988, James C. McKnight of the
NRC Document Control Desk requested R. J. Weindorfer of my
staff to provide a version of the February 25, 1988 letter from
which all Safeguaros Information has been deletad for filing in
the Public Document Room.
In accordance with this request, we
are enclosing such an expurgated version of the February 25,
1988 letter.
