'i l DESCRIPTION: l The elemental cobalt-60 or iridium-192 is singly encapsulated in L a stainless steel capsule consisting of two parts joined and sealed by silver solder. Overall length is 0.75 inches (19.01 mm). Minimum wall thickness is 40 mils (0.0001 mm). The no- j active end of the source is in the form of a hexagonal nut one- '

As of the effective date of this document, the Model MH "Open Air" Radiography Source is no longer manufactured and distributed by Cumberland Research Corporation. Cumberland Research Corporation's materials license expired July 31, 1977 and the j

company is no longer in business.

! information'on file for this device to perform a safety I evaluation. Therefore, this certificate is being reissued l without further review based on the original review and approval l issued by AEC.
