This notice relates to your request of February 5,1988, to amend the Technical Specificat' ors and Operating License NPF-62 for Clinton Power Station, Unit 1.
Bis amendment consists of a proposed change to Technical Specification Table 3.3.7.5-1 in order to allow inoperability of primary containment isolatica valve position indication when the valve / valve operator is electrically deactivated in the isolated position.
