NOTICE OF VIOLATION PRF.VIOUSLY SENT TO YOU ON JULY 14, 1988
-On July 14, 1988, I sent you a letter transmitting a Notice of Violation for a violation at Hope Creek involving a U.S. Department of-Labor finding of discrimination by one of your contractors against one of their employees.
Although a civil penalty was not proposed for this' violation and the letter properly referred to an. enclosed Notice of Violation, the first page of the Notice was inadvertently entitled "Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil. Penalty." Please find enclosed a corrected first page of that Notice.
We apologize for this clerical error.
