Radiography Source Assembly DESCRIPTION:
1 The Cumberland Research Corporation Model 60-1000 capsule assembly is for use in'the Radionics Model 60-1000 radiography device.
It is identical to the original Model D capsules used in the device except the inner capsule of the Model 60-1000 assembly consists of a Cumberland Research Model No. KC source.
SAFETY ANALYSIS SUMMAR11 As of the effective date of this document, the Model 60-1000 Radiography Source Assembly is no longer manufactured and distributed by Cumberland Research Corporation.
Cumberland Research Corporation's materials license expired July 31, 1977 and the company is no longer in business.

This source assembly was approved for licensing purposes by the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) on October 22, 1971.
There is insufficient information on file for this device to perform a safety evaluation.
