of this office on June 29-30, 1988.of activities authorized by NRC License Nos.

R-84 and 19-08330-02 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Della

Ratta with Mr. Moore-and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the

inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspec-

tion Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspec-

tion consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative

records, interviews with persont.el, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
