telephone conversations with Region IV staff on July 22, 1988, for an
Enforcement Conference in the Region IV office on August 15, 1988, at
10:30 a.m.
The purpose of the Enforcement Conference is to discuss apparent violations
and other matters regarding equipment qualification as documented in our
letter to you regarding this matter dated July 14, 1988. A revised proposed
meeting agenda is enclosed.
