Thank you for your letter of April 27, 1988, in response-to our letter V
and Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty dated February 22, 1988. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violatian.- We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
During review of your response, it was noted that the completion dates for your corrective actions were identified to be as late as March 1989. Due to the significhnce placed by the NRC on the timely completion of your corrective actions, yoe are requested to provide, at least 30 days prior to plant startup after your upcoming refueling outage, a status of all instrument air problems that will not be completed during that outage.
Should you have any questions concerning this letter, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
