The Dual bpera.or Licensug Program subr..'tted as an enclosure to yot.' letter dated April 29,.968, is approved with the h ilowing conrnents:
1.
The NRC administered dual license examination will be an oral / plant a 1kthrough examination of spproximately, but not limited to, two hours in lengtb.
The vxamination is planned to inciude Uni. 1 and 2 differ-ere s, cross connected and shared systems. The examination will not cover tr. pics t..iat were covered in the original applicant's Unit 1 license examinatien unless the candidate's responses indicate significant weak-resses in the basic plant systems or proce t res.
2.
Although the candidate s performance is not expected to affect the status of his or har Unit 1 licen;e, the NRC may take action if a case of excepion.' lly poor performance should occur

All written examinations to be a2 ministered by ti,e facility licensee as pcrt cf the dal license traininy program will be subm'tted to the NRC for revief and approval no later than two weeks prior to the examination date The NRC may change up to 20% of the written examination questions.

Medical exanination reports (fiRC Form 396) will be required if previously submitted reports are more than one year old.
