.j the indemnity agreement should be signed by you and returned to this office at your earliest convenience.
In accordance with your request of April 15, 1964, you are hereby granted an exemptien from the requirements of Section 70.24,

elements in the storage vault located on the control deck of your

Also, your request for exemption from the requirements of Section 20,203(o),10 CFR 20 of the Commission's regulations is hereby granted for the following areas (1) the pump roost (2) the north manhole entrance to the holdup tank; and (3) the north-northwest manhole entrance to the holdup tank.
Control of and entry to these areas shall be as required by Section 0.4.g. (9) and (10) of the Technical Specifications.
