requirements of 10 CFR 73 and the licensee's approved security plan. !
Condition 10- The licensee shall not deliver formula quantities of strategic special nuclear material to any carrier for transport until such carrier has submitted to the NRC a physical security plan in response to the requirements of 10 CFR 73.20, 73.25 and 73.26.
