This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by
W. H. Bradford on February 11 - March 10,1988, of activities by NRC license
Nos. NPF-2 and NPF-8 for your farley facility.
Due to an administrative oversight, the report cover letter dated on March 28,
1988, incorrectly listed Notice of Violation in the subject of report.
A
corrected cover letter is enclosed for insortion into the original report
package transmitted on March 28, 1988.
A copy of the original cover letter is
also enclosed.
Please replace the original incorrrect cover letter with the
corrected cover letter.
