During the period from May 15 to June 11, 1988, members of NRC Region I staff con-
ducted routine safety in3pections at your facility. We documented the results of
that inspection in the enclosed report. After the conclusion of the inspection
period on June 17, 1988, Mr. D. Johnson of my staff summarized .the inspection
findings with you and other members of your staff.

No conditions adverse to nuclear sefety/ safeguards or regulatory requirements were
noted.
This letter also acknowledges receipt of your letters dated April 22 and June 14,
1988, in response to a Notice of Violation concerning improper maintenance planning
activities identified in NRC Inspection Report No. 50-289/88-01. Your corrective
actions were verified as noted in paragraph 3.5.4 of this inspection report.
No response is required.
