Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed is Omaha Public Power District's (0 PPD) "Application for Amendment of Operating Lictnse" which seeks to amend the Table of Contents of the Technicai Specifications for Fort Calhoun Station.
This application also corrects a reference found in Section 2.19.
A previous amendment (#99) changed numbering in Section 5.9.2, but Section 2.19 was not changed to correspond.
Also attached pursuant to 10 CFR jl70.21 is a check for the application fee of
$150.00.
OPPD respectfully requests 30 days from date of issuance in order to implement the revised specifications.
