On September 30, 1986, London Nuclear Services purchased all the outstanding stock of the NUS Process Services Corporation.
The two organizations have been merged into a new company called LN Technologies Corporation.
Accordingly we are n questing that editorial changes be made to the cask Certi fica te of Compliance 9145 to reflect our new company name.
