This confirms our plans, as discussed between Mr. R. J. Alexander of your staff and Mr. I. N. Jackiw of this office, to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 8:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday, July 21, 1988, at the Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The meeting is an Enforcement Conference to discuss the inadequate testing of the Reactor Depressurization System (RDS) at Big Rock Point. Following the above meeting, a meeting is also planned at 1:00 p.m. (CST) to discuss additional information relating to environmental c,ualification (E.Q.) of cables.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this meeting.
