Operations Narrative Cooper Nuclear Station March 1988 Normal coastdown operation continued through March 4, 1988. At 0430 on March 5, 1988, the reactor was manually scrammed from 20 percent power and the End-of-Cycle 11 Refueling and Maintenance Outage began. The Unit Capacity Factor for March was 10.7 percent.
