Noti-fication of this event is required by the Technical. Specifications, patograph 6,6,2.a, was nade to AEC Region 1, Directorate of Regulatory Operations, on Friday, Septerher 28, 1975, at 3:50 p.m.,

and by teh oopior on Friday, Septe:Jher 28, 1973, at 5:00 p.m.

SITUATION: At .1801 on Septerber 27, 1973, Pain Stean Isolation Valve NSO4B was tested for leskage and the Ieskage was ceasured to be approxicately 15.15 SCFil. .

At 2035 on Septecher 27,1973, .Hain $ teen Isolation Valve NSO4A was tested for Icakage and the Icakage was neasured to be approxinately 96,59 SCFH.
