Chief Executive Officer, All Chemical Isotope Enrichment, Inc., re-questing that the 'Ibwn of Oliver Springs respond to the issue of the Industrial Park.
This letter is intended to respond specifically to the fourth paragraph in which you state the following, "...It would be helpful to have a letter frczn the Town to this effect itlicating that the site is being developed independent of AlChemIE's proposal to construct and operate the pennanent facility."
l Since 1982 when the Town's first industry (UPS) located here, the Town l has been working to rk/elop an industrial park which we have cme to call "The Andy Justice Industrial Park." This effort will continue whether AlChemIE is a tena..t of that park or not. However, it should be understood that the AlChemIE ccmnitnent to locate its facility in our Industrial Park is the largest ccmnitment to date and the second largest private ecmnitnent to the Anderson County.
Once again, the site selected by AlChemIE will be developed independent of AlChemIE's decisions.
