Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Enclosed is a copy of the current operating procedures for the AECL spent fuel shipping cask. The procedures have been reformatted by Ontario Hydro, but are essentially identical to those submitted with the cask Safety Analysis Report. The enclosed procedures will be used during cask handling operations.
The procedures, and any spare parts, are used in accordance with the Nuclear Assurance Corporation Quality Assurance Program.
The procedures are assigned document number: UNIT-NLI-040.
