defir.iency involving electrical penetration assembliet (EPA's) supplied I,y Bunker Ramo which we deemed reportable under the provisians of 10CFR50.55(e).

1 Our latest report on this issue, logged TXX-88098, was submitted on i

January 15, 1988. This report is submitted to status the completion schedule of corrective actions relating to Enforcement Action (EA) 86-09 (EPA module replacement).

Items 1.8.1.a, I.B.I.c, and I.B.4.a from Appendix B of EA 86-09 were scheduled to be completed on April 4, 1988.. These action', are still in progress. A new completion date will be provided by July 1, 19P,8.
