. This is to confirm arrangements made with Mr. K. R. Petersen of your staff during a telephone conversation with NRC Region IV staff on July 11, 1988, for a meeting to discuss the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP)
Board Report for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS). The meeting will be held at the WCGS Training Center on July 20, 1988, at 9 a.m.-
The purpose of the SALP management meeting is to discuss the assessment for WCGS-for the period March 1,1987, through March 31, 1988. The SALP report for this period was forwarded to you under separate cover. The meeting will be conducted as an open meeting with the exception of those portions of the meeting regarding matters not required to be placed in the public domain pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. Members of the public present at the meeting will-participate as observers only.
Should you have any questions concerning these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
