March 28, 1988, which was attended by Mr. T. J. Maiman and other members of
your staff. This meeting was held to discuss recent inspection findings ,
(Inspection Report No. 50-456/88007(DRSS)), the apparent violations, and the
applicable NRC enforcement oolicy.
