This. refers to your letter dated June 13, 1988, in response to our letter-
dated May 12, 1988.
Your letter (from R. J. Lees of PECo to C. Anderson of NRC) dated February
29, 1988 was not received by our staff. A facsimiled copy was received on
June 22, 1988. Based on the information contained in Enclosure 5, "unidenti-
fied heat shrink tubing," of the letter, we agree that item 2 of Violation. A is
no longer a deficiency.
Therefore, corrective actions are not required for
this item.
