The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment. Prior ,

The Commission has determined that the issuance of this amendment ,

.gs 6:L EASIS FCR DECJSION: On October 15, 1975i we prenoticed our action in connection with the licensee's Core XII reload submittal and related ECCS/FAC analysis. , F-From our review of the limited break spectrum and the very conservative LHGR E.

limits incorporated in the Tech Specs we found operation with Core XII to be [3_. .~~

in compliance with 10 CFR Part 50, 650.46. Accordingly, we issued on December 4, 1975, a license amendment, authorizing operation with Core XII ,

and requested that'the licensee submit additional LOCA analysis for our  :

review. This action involves our continuing review of the Core XII ECCS/FAC analysis and the related LHGR Tech Spec limits, which are the matters previously prenoticed (copy attached). For the above reasons postnoticing of this action is recommended.
