EASIS FOR DECISION:
The revisions'to the license proper are administrative in nature and have no effect on limitations or other safety matters.
With respect to the Tech Spec changes, all requirements of the present Technical Specifications significant to reactor safety have been retained. New require-ments have been included where required to conform to current requirements applicable to YANKEE-RONE.

The amendment involves an action which is insignificant from the standpoint of environmental impact and, pursuant to 10 CFR 551.5(d)(4), an environmental statement, negative declaration or environmental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with the issuance of this amendment.-
