Submittal of Quality Assurance Program for Plant Operations (d) LP&L Telecopy of May 10, 1988, to Region IV Reference (a) forwarded a change to your Quality Assurance Program for Plant Operations. A meeting was held on December 21, 1987, between your Quality Assurance personnel and the Region IV reviewer to discuss specific changes requiring clarification.
Your personnel indicated that these clarifications would be considered, and basically incorporated.
