The Washington Public Power Supply System hereby replies to the Notice of Violation contained in your letter dated March 3, 1988.
Our reply, pursuant to the provisions of section 2.201, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, consists of this letter and Appendix A (attached).
Ir Appendix A an explanation of our position regarding the validity of the violation is provided.
The enclosure contains Safeguards Information concerning security measures for the physical protection of Supply System facilities in which special nuclear material is used. This information is to be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
