How dare you over ride the regulations regarding safety and licensing factors over the Seabrook and Shoreham nuclear facilities.
Your proposal would allow the utility companies to develop "evacuation plans on their own".
Will you please tell me where a utility company has done this-in all of these United States?
Again, how dare you disregard the governors of the states and the people's need for the greatest safety in licensing and operating these plants.
