DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 6.9 KV SWITCHGEAR IllSTALLATION SDAR: CP-87-03 (SUPPLEMEllTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On flarch 16, 1987, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-6334 of a reportable deficiency involving the installation of the safety related 6.9 kV Switchgear on structural embedments which were not level. Our latest report on this issue, logged TXX-88280, was submitted March 1, 1988.
This is a supplemental report submitted to update our corrective action completion schedule.
In TXX-88280, we indicated that the 6.9 kV Switchgear installation was complete and the cables have been reterminated.
We further indicated that testing for the switchgear had been rescheduled for completion by March 20, 1989, and final supporting documentation would be available for review after May 20, 1989.
In addition, we also indicated that the jackshaf t replacement had been rescheduled for completion by March 31, 1988.
The repluement of the jackshaf ts has been rescheduled for completion by April 29, 1988. All other corrective actions for this issue are continuing as scheduled.
