SECY-79 FOIA Appeal of A. Kranish (78-A-18)
The Commission, by a vote of 3-0*, authorized the Secretary to action on FOIA Appeal 78-A-18. dispatch a letter to Mr. Kranish, in noted that portions of the reouested records would be made ava for inspection and copying in the Commission's Public Document Roo:n.

Settlement and Termination of Special Proceeding (Disciplinary Eatter) in Hidland (see 1/18/79 OGC memorandum)
The Cocaission, by a vote of 4-0**, approved a Memorandum end Order in the subject matter, as amended by the comments of Com.aissioner Ahearne.
