This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. D. R. McGuire of this office on October 5, 1978, relative to the special nuclear material in-transit authorized by NRC Special Nuclear Material Export License Nos. XSNM-1195, XSNM-1109, XSNM-1168, XSNM-1074, XSNM-1138, XSNM-1139, and to the discussion of our findings with you on October 10, 1978.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your lia ase as they relate to your program for: Protecting special nuclear material in-transit; and complying with the Commission's rules and regulations and conditions of your licenses. The inspection consisted of a selective examinalion of procedures and representative records, observations, inter-views with personnel.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room. If this report contains any infortnation that you (or your contractor) believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you make a written application within 20 days to this office to withhold such information from public disclosure Any 781222oOS9
