FINAL RULE The Office of Administration and Resources Management (ARM) has reviewed the above subject rule revising s50.55a which incorporates by reference the national codes and standards. We concur in the rule and your transmittal memorandum to Victor Stello, subject to the modifications discussed in this memorandum and the enclosed marked copy. These changes should be made prior to the rulemaking package being submitted for signature and publication.
Since ARM last reviewed this rule, the authority citation for Part 50 has been updated; therefore, the page containing the authority citation should be changed to reflect the inserted update.
In the text and footnotes on aages 5 and 6 of this rule, we have replaced the asterisk with appropriate arabic numbers. The Office of the Federal Register requires that arabic numbers be used to designate footnotes.
