Project, Units 1 and 2, and to the discussio,, of our findings with Mr. M. Wisenburg
and other members of your c'.aff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection included verification that HL&P was
meeting the requirements and conditions of the facility license for certain hot-
precritical tests. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective -
examination of procedures and representative records, witnessing hot
precritical tests, reviewing test data, evaluating test results, interviews
,
with personnel, and observations by the !lPC inspector.
The inspection findings
are documented in the enclosed inspection report.
During this inspection, no violations er deviations were identified.
