EXAMINATION REPORT, FORT CALHOUN STATION (FCS)
On February 9,1988, NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for ;icenses to operate your FCS facility. At the conclusion of thc examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff personnel. and preliminary. findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Several technical inaccuracies were identified in the material provided to the NRC for preparation of.these examinations (see Sections 3.a and 3.c.).
Attention needs to be given to assuring that material prepared by the facility licensee and provided to the NRC is technically accurate.
