U.S. NUCLEAR REGULAYORY COMMISSION EXPORT LICENSE ;5c Ld Apef:ry cn L E. 01 Conditions License Number Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies, in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Decloration covering -

each export and mark one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarations for such exports:

"This shipment is being made pursuont to specific license number (specific license number) filed at (location of Customs office where license is filed).

Condition 2 - Exports authorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups Q, 5, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehens;ve Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Condition 3 -- This license covers only the nuclear content of the material.

Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this license sho!! be shipped in accordance with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear materici in 10 CFR 73.

Condition 5 - Special nuclear material authorized for export under this hcense shall not be transported outside the United States in possenger-corrying circraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 groms or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutonium or uranium i 233, or (2) 350 grams of uranium 235.

Condition 6- This license authorizes export only and does not authorize the rece;pt, phys col possession, or use of the nuclear material.

Condition 7 - The licensee shall complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment of source material exported under this hcense.

Condition 8 - The hcensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo.

a schedule is not possible, the licensee shall submit an alternative for the consideration and approval of the NRC prior to shipment to the Director, Office of International Programs, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory  :

Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555.

l License Condition 10 The licensee may transport the special nuclear , l material authorized by this export license otitside of '

the jurisdiction of the U.S. in passenger-carrying l aircraft provided that:  ;

a) Each shipment of special nuclear material enriched to 20% or more in the isotope U-235 contains less than 5 kgs of uranium 235, b) The countries other than the U.S. in which the departing and arriving terminals are located do  ;

not prohibit such shipments.

License Condition 11 For any series of shipments of special nuclear material enriched to 20% or more in the isotope U-235 to the same consignee, in which individual shipments are less than 5,000 grams U-235, the licensee shall confirm and log the arrival at the final destination of each shipment in the series before releasing the subsequent shipment. s License Condition 12 For shipments defined under Condition 11, arrangements i shall be made at each location where the shipment is i transferred from one carrier to another, or from one 3 mode of transport to another, to designate an individual 1 who shall be responsible for monitoring the transfer i under the license. j i
