The Conmission has issued the enclosed Anendn;ent No.15 to Facility Operating l
License No. OPR-21 for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, in response to your application dated May 15, 1987.
The atendment deletes Technical Specification (TS) Tables 3.6.1.a and 3.6.1.b, a listing of safety-related hydraulic and nechanical snubbers, respectively, l
and nakes changes to the testing and surveillance requirments for snubbers.
1 A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclostd. The notice of issuance will be included in the Conmission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
