1 In accordance with your application dated July 28, 1978, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Item 15 is hereby added to NRC Materials License No. SNM-910 to read as follows:
15.
The licensee is hereby exempted from the provisions of 10 CFR 70.24 insofar as this section applies to materials held under this license, and provided that no more than 450 grams of special nuclear material, excluding encapsulated Pu-Be neutron sources, held under this license is present in any one room at any time.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
The above license condition was discussed with and agreed to by Mr. Robert M. Ryan of your organization and Mr. J. Delaney of my staff on September 1,1978.
