XreasInspectd: Routine unannounced inspection of a previous identified item os noncompliance, measurements, management of nuclear material centrol system and independent inspection effort. The inspection involved 39 inspector hours on site by two inspectors.
Results: Of the four areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in three areas and two apparent items of noncompliance were identified in the other area (deficiency-failure to determine the SNM content in liquid waste volumes discharged through the On-Line Monitor (78-10-01).
Deficiency-failure to furnish the Commission a report of a change to the material control and accountir.g program within six months of the change (78-10-02)).
