Attached are the following listed pages dated 7/07/88 as Revision 51 to the subject Topical Report describing the Commonwealth Edison Quality Assurance program:

The revision is being made in order to reflect ocganization changes, to provide additional organization position description and identification to change the commitment to ANSI /ASME NQA-1, in place of ANSI N45.2 and the daughter documents included in NQA-1 and to clarify records and records retention requirements.
The changes do not reduce the commitments in the previously accepted Quality Assurance Program and are therefore being implemented immediately.
