Thank you for your responses of January 21, 1988, and February 17, 1988, to our
Notice of Violation issued on December 21, 1987, concerning system alignment
activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility.
We have evaluated your
responses and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
However,
during our subsequent system alignment inspection (327,328/88-06), we found
your corrective actions for Violation 327, 328/87-66-02 to be inadequate.
Violation 327,328/88-06-02 was consequently issued on March 1,19S8, for
inadequate corrective action.
Accordingly, further correspondence on this
matterwillbeinconjunctionwithViolation 327,328/88-06-02.
