Dear Mr. Cavanaugh:
By letters dated June 17, July 5 and December 6,1977, Arkansas Power and Light Company proposed changes to Section 3.3 and Table 4.1 of the Technical Specifications, and to the Reactor Building Spray System These letters (RBSS), for Arkansas tiuclear One, Unit tio.1 (Af10-1).
