NRC Inspection Rll/JWB, 70-1113/78-13, dated 8/15/78 Thank you for your letter referred to above which reported the results of the inspection of our fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, N. C., by J. W. Bates of your office en June 26-30 and July 6-7, 1978.
Replies to the items of apparent noncompliance with NRC requirements are given in the attachment to this letter. Also, a discussion of the concern which you expressed in your letter is included in this attachment.
We appreciate your inspector's conments and suggestions related to our safeguards programs.
