SUBMITTAL OF OBJECTIVES AND DETAILED SCENARIOS FOR ANNUAL EMERGENCY DRILL As part of our routine inspection program for your facility, we may elect to l
observe the required annual radiological emergency response drill at your i
facility.
To facilitate scheduling of and preparation for such an inspecticn, we are requesting that you provide the following information in accordance with the schedule listed below:
Period in Advance of Drill Information to be Submitted 45 days Date and time of drill; description of i
scope of drill and objectives to be 1
fulfilled.
20 days Complete drill scenario, including any controller information and simulation data i
to be used The information requested above is exempt from internal 1nd public disclosure i
under 10 CFR 2.790(a)(4) until after the drill.
In order to preclude such i
disclosure, the requested information should be sent to the Chief. Emergency Preparedness Section, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission Region II, at the i
letterhead address, marked "to be opened by addressee only."
Directing your eubmittals in this manner will shield them from routine distribution within the t
NRC and transmittance to the Public Document Room prior to the drill.
