Vermont Yankee (50-271)b 8 M ~ b Attached are Request for Hearing and Petitions to Intervene submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Vermont with respect to Vermont Yankee's request to eliminate certain-ECCS & SLCS testing requirements.
A Commission notice of amendment to Facility Operating License and Opportunity for Prior Hearing was published in the Federal Register at 53 FR 2114 on January 26, 1988.
These hearing requests are being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 CFR 2.772 (,1).
