This letter refers to the routine in;pection conducted by Mr. R. Winters of
this office on November 30 - December 4,1987 at Millstone Units 2 and 3 in
Waterfo-d, Connecticut. Mr. Winters discussed the results of the inspection
with Mr. Scace of your staff at the conclusion of the inspectior,.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Regien I
Inspection Deport which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas,
the inspection consisted of selected ex minations of procedures and
represen+ative records, interviews with persunnel, and observations by th'
inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
