during the period January 25-29, 1988, of activities authorized by NRC
-Operating License NPF-38 for the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, and
to tha discussion of our findings with Mr. P.lV. Prasankumar and other members
of your staff at the conclusion of the' inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection included licensed operator training and
nonlicensed staff training.
Within these areas,'the inspection consisted of
