scheduled EQ audit on April 11, 1988.
Thirty of the EQ documentation packages, the generic binder, and the 10 CFR 50.49 harsh device list will be ready. All of the associated documentation will be accepted by TVA before the audit.
Halkjowns are currently being conducted.
All field verifications not associated with equipment installed by modification will be completed before the audit and corrective actions identifled.
The corrective actions will not be completed before the audit.
