On January 21, 1988, we received anonymous allegations regarding certain practices at Fermi 2.
The details of these allegations are enclosed.
Please initiate an investigation into these matters and advise us evnediately if the i
investigation identifies any impact on nuclear safety and to inform us of all actions you will take. We also request that a written report of the results of your investigation and disposition of these matters be provided to us within 60 days of receipt of this letter.
The response to this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 PL-96-511.
