McGuire Nuclear Station Docket No. 50-369, -370 Chapter 6 Administrative Controls Gentlemen:

Attached are proposed license amendments for Facility Operating Licenses NPF-9 and NPF-17 for McGuire Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 rospectively. The proposed changes are administrative changes in Chapter 6 of the Technical Specifications (Administrative Controls) and involve name changes, clarifications, and' changes to make the Specifications consistent with new regulations in 10CFR, Parts 50.4 and 50.55.

Attachment I contains the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications.

Attachment 2 contains a discussion of and justification for each change. Also included in Attachment 2 is an analysis conforming to the standards contained in 10CFR 50.92 as required by 10CFR 50.91 which concludes that the proposed amend-ments do not involve any Significant Hazards Considerations.

This request involves one application for amendment to McGuire's Technical Spec-ifications. Accordingly, pursuant to 10CFR 170.21, a check for $150.00 is en-closed.
